Our water heater safety valve broke and began pouring water out onto the floor. We called them really early in the morning and the owner tried to help us to fix the problem over the phone to save a service call. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable over the phone. They were able to respond within a couple of hours and fix the problem immediately. Very satisfied with their service and we plan to be, a loyal customer. Highly recommend.

We had two toilets replaced on our second floor one included a bidet. They were actually able to come the day after I requested the service which was fantastic! Both toilets were installed with precision and look great. The guys cleaned up everything and even carried our old toilets outside for us. This is the second job we’ve had Plumb-It do and we’ve continued to have a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
